Casino de Buenos Aires is the only casino located within the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The need to unify the information that Casino de Buenos Aires handled in various and extensive systems in an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning System) implied gathering the areas of inventory, purchases, accounts payable, accounts receivable, finance, etc., with an extensive Procure-to-pay system, among other things.

The project carried out by Big Knowledge IT S.R.L. It has meant a complete modernization in this information unification process through our assistance in the implementation of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system. A system that allows manual processes to be automated, granting greater security in daily tasks and optimizing management processes, in turn allowing the automatic updates necessary for the application of constant improvement and gaining competitive advantages.

Within this implementation, information purification was carried out, unifying the different areas, reducing process times and achieving a profound improvement in both management and resource savings.

After the implementation, we provide a support desk which has allowed the assistance and realization of these technological improvements, new for the company, through the channeling of doubts and resolution of daily concerns by users.

Traylon S.A.

Argentinian gaming group Traylon S.A. It is the operator of the Casino Central de Mendoza, one of the largest official gaming rooms in the province, which was inaugurated in 2003.

Traylon S.A. had the need to unify the information that at the moment worked with various systems, so they opted for the implementation of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning System) that would allow unifying the areas of inventory, purchases, accounts payable, finance, accounts receivable, among others.

Binbaires y Magic Star S.A

The companies Bingos, Binbaires and Magic Star S.A located in Ezeiza, Los Polvorines and Olavarría in the province of Buenos Aires have 3 entertainment rooms, where Shows, Gastronomy, Bingo and state-of-the-art Slots are offered.

Both Binbaires and Magic Star S.A. worked with several independent systems, which made it difficult to organize the data and increased both the work time for the preparation of spreadsheets and the compilation of statistics referring to the results obtained by the different areas. Due to this, they had the need to unify said information in an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning System).
